These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shigoto Plus website and services (the "Platform"), operated by Hypertech Infosystem Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering for, or using, the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who Can Use the Platform

The Platform is available to individuals seeking employment ("Candidates") and organizations seeking to hire ("Employers"). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

2. Candidate Accounts

• Candidates may create a profile, upload a resume, and apply to job listings posted by Employers.
• Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents (including resumes) they upload.
• An Employer may block a Candidate from applying to their job listings again, at the Employer's discretion, for reasons including but not limited to suspected misrepresentation or misconduct.

3. Employer Accounts & Job Postings

• Employers may post job listings subject to the limits of their active subscription plan (see Pricing).
• Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job listings they post, including compliance with applicable labour and employment laws.
• We reserve the right to review, approve, suspend, or remove any Employer account or job listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
• An Employer account may be placed in a "pending" or "suspended" status by our administrators, during which the Employer may be unable to log in, post jobs, or otherwise use Employer features.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain Employer features require a paid subscription plan. Fees, billing cycles (monthly/yearly), and features included are described on our Pricing page and may be changed by us from time to time. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or Cashfree); please also refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may offer optional integrations (such as sharing a job posting to LinkedIn, or programmatic API access) available only on certain subscription plans. Use of such integrations is subject to the relevant third party's own terms of service, and we are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party platforms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting false or misleading information, attempting unauthorized access to any account or system, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including hiring or employment decisions made by any party.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
